Beth has worked at Waterfront Eyecare for 15 years with 16 years of retail management experience. She completed the Optometric Assistant certification in 1994. Beth welcomes any comments or ideas you have to make Waterfront Eyecare's service better.
Shirley brings 20 years experience in Human Resource experience to the Waterfront Eyecare teams. She welcomes any suggestions you may have about our practice and staff.Opticians
We have seven licensed opticians with vast knowledge and expertise. They can answer any question you have about eyewear and your vision.
Certified Optometric Assistants
There are eight certified optometric assistants to assist you with finding the proper frame and lens selection. Each assistant has finished a ten-month course providing them with the knowledge to help you.
Receptionists
The receptionists who greet you as you walk through our front door are friendly and helpful. They will do their best to answer your questions and book appointments that work around your schedule.
Doctor's Assistants
Our doctors' assistants will prepare you for the full eye exam and ensure that all of your concerns are noted for the doctor to address. The assistants utilize the latest technology including the Optomap Retinal Exam in the pre-exam and visual fields rooms.
Pre-examination and Visual Fields Technicians
This test takes approximately 15-20 minutes. It is simple but takes concentration and can be tiring. Our experienced staff make our patient's comfortable so the test can be performed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
